Don’t you hate these “about me” pages. Can you really sum up who you are in a few words? Anyway, here goes … I am a mum of three and they keep me on my toes—even though I wouldn’t have it any other way. Each one inspires me in a different way, and one is my little muse (aka the guinea pig for my art).
Art is my passion. There has always been some form of creative release in my life, but my photography journey started when I was given my first camera for Christmas at the age of about eight years old. Photographs have always fascinated me: capturing a time, a place, a memory into the past for not only us to look back on, but also for people and family that we haven’t even met yet.
I have always had a camera close at hand but a career change landed me in my dream job: meeting families at some of the happiest times in their lives to capture and create art for them to remember and pass down to generations.
I am truly honoured each time I get to photograph a family and it humbles me to watch these families grow through my lens each time they return. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all my current clients and to all of you contemplating investing in me for your family’s art. I can’t wait to work with you!
Cindy’s work is warm and earthy with pops of colour, elements of nature, texture and lace. She is a perfectionist and wants the best for every client. She has trained with some of the world’s best newborn and maternity photographers and she continually adds to that learning journey to bring you the best that she can offer.
After working in the WHS field for many years, safety is Cindy’s number one priority. Your baby will never be placed in unsafe positions, instead using a little photoshop magic to bring a vision to life. Cindy is first aid trained with up to date vaccinations, including whooping cough. Cindy treats each and every baby like her own, providing the care and attention that these tiny little people deserve.
