Session Information
In our custom studio conveniently located in Jordan Springs (Western Sydney), we have everything at our finger tips to ensure your session runs smoothly. Wall to wall props sourced from all over the world, wraps, flowers, maternity gowns and soft layers, baby changing facilities, light refreshments, colouring and Lego for older siblings, and comfy seating to relax in while you enjoy your session. All you have to do is bring your smiles.
Once your session is booked, your consultation session will be scheduled so the fun can begin by planning your colours, setups and styles.
When to Book
To ensure that I can accommodate the uncertainty of newborn delivery dates, I can only take on a limited number of sessions each month. For this reason, bookings are made months in advance. It is always best to get in contact well ahead of time for all sessions.
Maternity
Pregnancy is such a special journey that every mum should have the chance to capture and remember. You don’t have to be a model! I have photographed mums of all shapes and sizes, and each one has a glowing beauty. I love nothing more than meeting a nervous mum at the door knowing she’ll leave with a smile on her face and an empowered step in her stride.
I will work with you to style the perfect maternity session for you, on location or in-studio, classic and classy silhouettes and nudes or fully covered in luxurious gowns, all provided by the studio or something in between.
Maternity sessions are scheduled between 30-36 weeks, depending on how you are carrying.
Newborn
The early days after a newborn arrives earthside are fleeting; they change daily in looks, growth and temperament.
Your fresh little bundle will be best photographed in the first 14 days after birth (in-studio on weekdays only, commencing at 10am) when they still love to curl into those beautiful womb positions and are sleepy enough to be moved and repositioned without too much disruption. Of course, some babies are unable to leave hospital right away, so I can certainly photograph older babies. However, this will be a slightly different style of session, as they will be a lot more alert and their muscles strength will not allow them to curl and pose. But don’t worry; your photos will be just as beautiful.
It is important to book your newborn session in the second trimester, as I book months in advance. Once your booking is confirmed your due date will be secured in my calendar. You just need to let me know when bub arrives and we will schedule your session date.
Newborn sessions can be quite lengthy and require a settled calm environment. For this reason, this is a special time for just your little family and new baby. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and cousins can be booked for a separate family session.

Family
Your children are not babies anymore and are growing up way too fast. A family photo session offers the chance to step away from your fast-paced life and spend time with the ones you love most, all while capturing the fun in the golden afternoon light.
Best suited to families with older children or littles who are sitting independently or better still, walking. These sessions are held on location in the late afternoon, just before sunset. Very limited weekend sessions are available, so be sure to book early.
To ensure we capture this special time with your family, these sessions are for immediate family members. Please enquire for extended family sessions.
